Concerto Gate

)Is a massively developed online multiplayer role-playing game developed by Ponsbic and Square Enix . The game was launched in Japan in 2007, and a planned North American version was canceled after a beta version in July 2008.

Battle style is a mixture of a turn and a real time, similar to the Final Fantasy series ATB system , and the enemies find themselves as random encounters.  Combat takes place on a grid of ten squares, choosing a combination of physical attacks and ranged spells.

The game allows players to shape the landscape of the world, creating mountains and forests over a period of weeks, allowing players to discover dungeons and explore the world using the terra-generation system “.  The world is persistent, and the consequences of mining and deforestation must be managed.

Located in the kingdom of Fahren, legend says that a hero will save the world.

This is the sequel to Cross Gate , a Japanese MMORPG from 2001.  The game was developed by Square Enix and Ponsbic, published by Gamescampus, and directed by Nexon and OnNet USA.  Yousuke Saito was the executive producer, having previously worked on Star Ocean: Until the end of time . [7] The game shares the character style “super-deformed” common in the comic manga .

The game was released in Japan in 2007 after a January beta test with 10,000 people, ending in April and launching in May. [7] In October 2007, Square Enix announced that Nexon would release the game in North America, making a public beta in the first half of 2008, with the release in December 2008 by OnNet.  It was beta tested via the North American publisher OnNet with 5,000 people from July 1 to July 14, 2008.  In 2007, a version for China was under development and it was launched on November 10, 2008 by Shanghai Everstar. A server for Taiwan was launched on April 10, 2009 by UserJoy Technology , and another for Hong Kong on the 22nd of the same month. The gaming service ended on April 17, 2012 in Taiwan. In 2013,

Joystiq leased Concerto Gate for attempting to train a MMORPG the excitement and frustration of the random battle system. [13] In 2009, Game Campus announced that Concerto Gate and five other games would be compatible with the ONE Power-Up Game Card for gaming-related micro-transactions.
